X-TRAP Closing the game

Hey .
Today i got a problem with the game after the X-TRAP done his update
every time i try to open the game i got this message

Code Field
05-0400-00000000-533
Please close any program (Auto, Cheat, Crack, Debug program) and restart the system.

i scan my PC and is clean and there is no Virus
So hope anyone can tall me what to do . . . ?

I'm getting the exact same thing, so you're not the only one currently. It just appeared without warning, whilst the game had been running normally.

Yah i was think iam the only one too but i have some friend the game is working for him i dont know they did not get the update or not ?

I've thrown a look on this topic and i scan my pc form one week ago and i just finish scan now
and iam didn't downloading anything this week i was just open CF

and [PurgedAtoms] say that he got the same message so iam not the only one ?

PS | the game was working prefect i just closed the game to open another acc i got the update sincei got that update the game is not working any more so iam sure the virus didn't attack my PC in this few second between reopening the game if there is a problem it will be in the update not in my PC i sure of clean of my PC form any virus

Lol, same, was in a middle of a Stadium match and got random error code for no reason. Didn't do anything to my PC either, same as 2 months ago

So besides that you can find atleast one hacker in every room,and it streses you enough,now this!? techniciens at z8 or crossfire you guys need to quit your jobs and let others more capabile to do it! piece of .... of a game.

I've been getting this error since the xtrap patch today. It worked last night

Close/disable any and all antivirus programs you may have running.

Do a proper scan first though, to make sure it's not malicious software causing interference.

Already did that and I've tried many other things too, but to no avail.

OK, there is no change the game is not working and i see no help form any [GM]

I just want to thank [TheShadowRo , and [MOD]dot] for trying to help us to fix this problem
but trust me there is no virus in my PC i have no problem in PC
SIMPLY its loser program [X-TRAP] i just don't know why u keep use this lazy program he don't do any good he cant detected the hacking program he just don't do any thing accept be in background and i don't think that [x-trap] even will care if there a virus on the PC or not he don't care about hacking program so he will just become that awesome program and finally detected something

Anyway i submit a ticket last night and w8ing for GM answer . . . ?

Hi, i have on my PC; Avira Antivirus PRO 2014, since yesterday i need to close the real time protection to start CrossFire! If i make that not, this known XTRAP Message pop up and the game crashes!

Did u try to do scan in ur PC ?try to scan it and see u my have virus

i am using Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 is the newest version of ksapersky
and i have a little question ?

if i pause the protection on my PC my PC will become without defender so i my get virus this time ? and if the problem coming form my antivirus that means the program has discover a something in the game that my look like a virus ? and this all happen just when that stupid x-trap done has update

It's not only you, I'm having the same problem after last x-trap patch. So it's obvious that it's again problem with X-trap.

aahaha this game makes me laugh :P thats why i got counter strike GO, at least there is no hacks or problems. This game had errors/hacks since 2009 and i'm surprised that its still running.

X-Trap error is so stupid!!

yeh everytime i log on my account the stupid error 05-0400-00000000-533 appear and shut down my crossfire right away. i need gm to fix this problem because there are nothing wrong about my computer. i have shut down the firewall did every thing but nothing changed so pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

This is giving me a headache

I've been getting this error since yesterday. It was working perfectly fine then this crap pops up. I tried absolutely everything. 2 full scans. Manually deleted all possible sources of malware etc (I.e. toolbars), reinstalled CF like 50 times, no success.

I've given up hope now and just deleted CF. I suppose I'll do other things with my time now :'(

It cant be a virus or something. I did a complete new installation of my Windows 7 Ultimate and Im still experiencing that error.

Yeah I think it's improbable that all of us are getting the same virus at the same time. This sucks man.

Soo after the update i was w8ing for so i can play CF again

the game didn't work i got the same annoying massage AGAIN can u believe this [WTF]
i don't know what the hell with X-TRAP do a update to him we want to play the game is it so hard to make a update

seriously i had enough form CF hackers and noobs and bugs and problems and all of this
can do any thing to the game just buy ZP and more of ZP and they don't fix any thing in the game

The only solution is to do this:

or uninstall your Anit-Virus and reboot computer, but better do this on link above!

And GM also said how to fix it temporary, GM said to uninstall Anti-Virus, but my solution is better and easier
