When I click on start nothing happens Plz Help? thx

Hello every one, I put the Z8games in AVG exceptions and I have it Run as Admin. in the crossfire game launcher and when I click on the start button nothing happens at all and the crossfire window just close.? I am running windows 8.1 and all my other games play good. And I have read here other players have windows 8.1 and they have no problem with getting the game started. And please give me some Ideas what I can do so the game will start? And tell me in easy to understand instructions what I can do so I can get in and play?

Reinstall and send support ticket and mention you have Windows 8.

I heard CF has some problems with W8 so

Thx's for the replies and I will try to do them all, and then I will post another reply and let you 3 know if they worked.! Also If U go to System Requ. it says game will work on windows 8.
I hope the z8game tech persons really did write some code so windows 8 will really work on the game? OK

I have put all folders and files In exemptions & more but game still wont start?

I hope I can get some more Ideas so my windows 8 OS can play the game. I have read other peoples forum post and they say Win8 OS and the game works for them. I have put all folders and files in exemption. And I also disabled all Adblocker filters and another filter I have, but when I click on start the C.F. the start window still just closes.? Its driving me crazy why this game wont play, and where all my other FPS games play well?! I hope to get more Ideas what steps I can do so I can get into the game? And thanks for all your replies and any more I hope to get? Thx's

Hi ever one i was hopping to get any more Ideas I can do to play??

Hay whats up, I waited a 49 hours and I was hopping dome one could give me any or ideas why my Windows 8 will not get past the start button. And if you go to the support ticket area and click on System Requi. Button and it say this game will work on windows 8. And I have Lenovo Laptop with 4 CPU's and 8 Gbts of RAM and my computer installed all the other FPS games and I could get right in to play. I know this is a cool game so I would love to play it. I hope some one can help me out why it wont even start and then the start window just closes?? Thanks for any help??

1. Do you have added CrossFire to the white list in extended setting of Firewall? (I have AVG too and i can't start CrossFire before I does this stuff)
2. Do you have switched your Firewall to the Interactive mode?

I also use AVG and this is how I solve this problem.

(Anyway, if you turn off AVG and CrossFire will not work my suggestions will useless)
