Yeah. I can confirm this. If someone is witholding winnings from someone else who earned them, they will 1 - Lose the ability to be sent funds from NESL and 2 - Possibly be permanently removed from our league.

I don't take players scumbagging eachother for money lightly. If you are caught doing it or have winnings you are thinking about withholding from your team, I can tell you now, don't do it.
