2nd one IMO. Make sure you're not building a PC optimized to CF, optimize it to a more demanding FPS.

I thought that I would get better performance from the first once because its a dedicated GPU and has 2GB of memory.

EDIT - I'm not building it .. this is just a budget gaming PC.

I would get the one with 500w power supply, you can add a better gpu later. IMO the 2nd one is almost the same as the 3rd, but the 2nd one is cheaper is it not? You only need 2 gb of video memory only if you want to play demanding games like GTA V. I have AMD a8 5600k cpu, 8gb ram, 500w psu, I can run Crysis 3 720p low settings 30fps, planning to buy an AMD 260x gpu.
