There are a few people that haven't received the crates because they only made that day. I believe you should have done all events to get that one? They are not going to simply handle 5 LD crates just to defeat atlas twice IMO ._. But contact support and they might help you out.

No it was a price for each day
I believe the biggest price was the ribbon if you completed received all the prizes
But it clearly say in the announcement July 22 defeat atlas 2 times n normal get 5 LD crates. -

What exactly is your point? I realised that you only post stupid and idiotic things in this forum. I guess you love "post-farming".
If you did an event, and you didn't get your crates, would you just not care? No. You would spam the forums and send multiple tickets to get the crates.

i sent a ticket and they told me to send another one if i didn't get it in 2 days

support doesnt work on weekends, 1 ticket would be enough, now wait for monday and check forums back then, a lot of people complained here so they might make announcment. -
I didn't get mine either, Submitted a ticket and they told me to wait 24-48 hours. Logged back into game on past 48 hours and no crates. I tried to submit another ticket as instructed if i were to not receive any crates after the time window, but the support center on the website no longer functions. Z8 Still has H@CK3R$ and reporting them isn't easy because it you have to manually report them. It would be easier if you could report them the same way you kick them. And with enough reports, Z8 looks into their activity.

i got my 5 cratess
hey guys , z8games replied to me today after i sent a second ticket and they sent me my 5 legendary dragon crates
so, you will get your crates if u made the event even if u made only that event
you don't need to finish all the event for the 5 crates , you just need the 2 boss kills
if you killed the boss to times you will get your crates
ty for all who helped me
