Hacking Report

Hi,
I want to ask something about "Hacking report", Is it working or it is just fake ?
I am reporting hackers and my report history says that it is still open every time.
So any answer ?

When you send a hacking report, the tickets are never replied to, so most of the time it's left open/closed/etc..

My reports are open from long time ! Dude they are hacking, and hackers must be punished !

Hacking reports ain't fake. If you have done everything right they will be checked tho there were lot of hacks lately so they are probably burdened now.
