love this game, sucks that just recently my account has been hacked and now I can no longer play this game. I have been told to give this person money or they will change my password and I will lose my account. it is quite sad really, I have been playing for years and have never had a problem. oh well looks like the people at z8games just lost a good some of money from me. I will not be returning

Independency

If your account got hacked then it is your problem not Z8's problem. You can try to send a support ticket with other account reporting the problem but don't blame z8 when the one that messed up was you.

You're the idiot that gave someone your account info. You have no one else to blame but yourself.

Do not give anyone money.

This can be resolved by you simply submitting a support ticket (on the account you're now posting on) explaining the situation, giving all the information you remember about the account, and asking them to look at who has been using the account.

Remember to point out that you're asking for a different account, not the one you're logged in to.


I fail to see how your losing the account information to someone you're apparently very intimate with (how else would he contact you) is Z8s/SGWs fault though.

I wont be giving anyone any money. thanks for your input. I was tricked to go to a website and it looked as if it was a Crossfire website. it was clearly my bad.

i haven't and wont give him any money. he changed my email on the account to one of his so i can not access my account to make any changes.
