Hm that's weird. I escaped at least 10 times (at least I think I did) on an alt yesterday and I didn't get the crates.

Did you make sure there was at least 6 people in your room when your game had ended? Maybe that's why o.O

Yeah, I played in full rooms on NA1. :c I might have lost track on the number of escapes I actually managed, but I'll wait for an answer from our support center.
