Support dont care about ur accounts

The support staff have spent the last two days to close the ticket without answering, I'm sick of the same thing, I've already given all the correct account information, but their response is "We are very sorry, but as it has been 3 years since this account was lost, we will be unable to assist you.

We offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

I think this is an injustice because my account is already provided all the data, and only because my last transaction was 2011, Z8Games We do not want me to return the bill, and is always close to the tickets that I do
But I will not give up until I have my account back
