Cannot change in-game resolution(new)

Second attempt to get ahold of z8 for the problem: I've been reading up quite a bit and released everyone is having the same issue, It set it to 800x600 and when i change it to a bigger resolution nothing happens I would like to play fullscreen but seeing as its stuck into 800x600 I have two big black bars on the sides of my screen. How would you fix this???

Tried to update your graphics card, or look at the configuration of the graphics card

You got a pc? or a laptop? depending on that, you'll have a intel 4000 on your laptop and changing the aspect ratio is pretty simple to just search on YouTube typin in "How to remove black bars ingames."

If you got a computer you gotta access your GPU settings and turn off aspect ratio.
