my game keep closing

hey guys,
i have downloaded the game, and installed it.
now every time i open the game , it random close/crash it self
it take about 1sec to 1min to close ,i can't open the game.
and it does not give me any errors or any info, it just close?
help ?

windows 7 enterprise
4GB ram
intel core i5
