Been Hacked..

Dear Everyone

I tryed logging in crossfire this morning but it said my password was wrong so i tryed logging into z8games with it and clicked forgot password then typed my email and it said it wasnt registered so i maded this account to try to get help. My username was Chris448730. Is there anything z8games can do to try to get my account back?

So someone simply hacked you? They just changed email address, forum name, ID, and pass?

You must'd shared you account and not only your account but your "private" account information. (although it should all be private)

Send a support ticket and give them your old information. It would help if you've purchased ZP before so you'll be able to confirm the account ownership.

It's your own fault, and you shouldn't havn't shared your account info. But, as MoeData says, send a support ticket and provide as much detail as you can.

Support is quick on account related issues, you will probably have a reply within 24 hours max. Sometimes even 24 hours is too late, there is a 60% chance its being used to cheat on.
