Earlier it was letting me do the tasks no problem (even giving me zp after the tasks) yet I've tried it again now and it keeps badgering me about logging in, it didn't do this beforehand and I feel this might be my fault somehow. This may sound sketchy but I hope and promise it won't be, but I don't use my real email on the Internet, so even when I did try it's asking me to verify and I'm pretty sure I can't verify ATM or at all with a fake email.

I don't think z8games is responsible for any survey provider. They will probably tell you that you should contact support of survey provider you have problem with.
