Still havent gotten my crates

I still haven't received my 5 crates.

My response:

Hi, I was told that everyone would get 5 crates after defeating Atlas 2 times on July 22nd. I completed that event and still have not received my crates. What seems to be the problem? Also, my username is touretbrandon.

I got the same response as above. Does "today" mean July 22th? Because it says "All reward distributions for the event "The Devastated City!“ started after each event is completed." Obviously, the event has past for at least two days, and some players still have not receive their 5 crates!

Hello , i sumbited a ticket and [GM] Celestin Replied to me , that after 24-48 hours if i didnt recive ma reward 5 crates then i should write on forum..
i waited 48 hours and didnt recive 5 crates legendary dragon crates so please i killed the atlas more than 2 times . i checked it thanks in advance IGN:iOwenEm
