Ticketsystem do not work

i try to contact you via a ticket but every time i get an error message which includes something with "Uncaught Exception". Can you please fix this problem?

FYI - the error: Uncaught Exception
AutoExecute Query: AutoExecute Query: INSERT swsearchindex .. is no longer happening

I've submitted my ticket without any issues .. I received this yesterday and waited until today to try again.

I tried to notify a GM but they haven't responded to my PM as of yet.
