Paypal zp error

I've tried using multiple ways of purchasing 100kzp and it keeps telling me error or "Transaction denied: reason failed to validate security" etc etc. Anyone know a way to fix this?

I've tried multiple browsers as well.

Ive bought 20k zp and still havent received but then i went ahead and bought 7k zp by sms and received it.....i also paid by paypal

Im using a Visa prepaid so Im not too sure why it would still deny it.
