ID problem

I have a very strange problem. They are all working fine until the main screen where my login space pops up. Typed in the ID and password but nothing happened. IT won't let me see the list of servers and I can only stares at that login screen forever. I can hit the exit button though but that is pretty much it. Anyone has the same problem that knows how to solve it?
