Login Issues: July 12- 13

We are currently working on resolving the server issues that many of you have been experiencing throughout the weekend.

We believe the cause to be network issues, but please keep sending in support tickets, as these will always be useful to our team.

Please note that during this time, you may experience disconnections from the game, including the following errors:

- "Disconnected from Server"
- "MM Server Login Failed"
- "Failed to connect to server: W[2003] L[0]"

Please also be patient while we try to resolve this issue.

Well it is great that you're solving the problem but is it normal that we get these error while you're solving it? Because we've been getting these error even before the z8 staff was notified.

It also takes me about 10 minute to change servers than fail to connect $:\$

Yea that happened but I wait 4 min on step 2 then it gives me the MM error.

Something tells me this won't be fixed until the 16th with the releasing of the VIP and we're getting something NEW!
