i think so, sometimes the admins are lazy and don't put up registration til the day of.

Then they get mad at teams for signing up late.

ESL AC is acting funny , slowing me down, wont let me add a game.. after i add a game it launches cf, cf crashes and deletes game added

Cup registrations always up a week in advance besides this week. My boss does them and is out of town for business so he posted them later this week than usual.

That is a lie, there has been multiple weeks where i refreshed the esl page every day and signups didn't show up til later in the week.

Also the cf servers are being laggy when you log in, will there be extra time today since you get blocked for 2 minutes every time the server doesnt let you in?

If this continues to be an issue tonight, yes. Ill address each case individually if server issues continue to happen.
