1st ticket obviously they have not seen with the .rar screenshot of my 1001 zm kill's well over 2 week's ago
Lame company like i said in my ticket ... all they care about is coinage fook the customer heh ?,

    Any MOD? / GM care to answer to my question as support is dead as a door nail .. HOW long to recive a ribbon .... been waiting for a good part of 13-14 days for the ribbon .. waiting 8 days for my 1st ticket to be replied to . Oh lol you replied to my second ticket in complaint's asking about more proof on ZM kills .... How much more proof to you fooking need look in your database and sort it , b4 the inevitable happen's and it will belive me.     Why would a GM need proof from a Player when they could just check the account themselves? They would need to check the account anyway because any ss can be doctored to prove 1000 wins.

    At the moment I can't tell which account you are referring to, the one you're posting on was only unbanned from hacking on June 26th, so it's possible that your previous ticket was moved automatically because you were sending it from a banned account.

    The irony that you're posting this from an account which has been banned 4 times previous for various popular hack programs and that you complain about cheaters is not lost on us.

    Subsequently we may not have seen the first ticket in the priority queue. I can't speak to the specifics of what happened, or which account you sent your original ticket on, but the fact that a CS member asked you for the screenshot proof for whatever reason means they obviously didn't see the first ticket and had no idea you sent it in.


    That being said, the "Like a Bawss" ribbon needs to be manually updated every time a new zombie mode boss is added to the game, at last I checked the ribbon was working fine. And the usual time for delivery on a ribbon is 24-48 hours tops.

    When you troubleshoot bugs you have to look at the root cause, if we didn't do that we would be manually adjusting ribbons for centuries. But when we find the root cause, it will fix the ribbon and then automatically fix all the accounts associated with it. That's how ribbons work.
