Not available in my region - Marshall account

hey, it's not available in my region and i'm marshall and have 5 vips
i just moved to norway about not a long time ago. can someone unblock this?
i already contacted support and they didn't give me a clear answer. i need a GM answer here

If your account was made before 2011 I think you should be able to log on. But if it was made after that year.. Then sorry can't play anymore

But i have paid for aloooooooot. it was made 2012 but i paid 5 vips and alot of good weapons
i dont wanna lose it anymore
and im looking forward to buy more just help me GM.

Not my point either, I just need my account to play on. I've spent loads of money and if they ignore me after paying loads of money I will serious look down at Z8games. I would probably get assisted at EU as they have a wonderful service.

They won't reply here, the most you will get off the forums is w.e I posted but it's just going to come from a MOD.

Did you send in a support ticket?

Support tickets are the only way a GM will reply to you. (About this issue.)

If you've bought 5 VIPs, you've certainly played since 2011 - so the region block is not in effect on THAT account. It can not be suspended on some other account just because you think money earns you special treatment.


More likely you've been banned. Screenshot the error message.

If you took your time to check the link it clearly says 2012. And I tried a VPN and it worked.
I'm not banned, I can play but it give me a region block. Thanks for posting and for your assistance, requiring a solution and i'll be thankful.

What I don't understand is that his last play date was yesterday and now he complains about the IP restriction, funny that.

Also you say you use a VPN and it works but then you say you can play, it just gives you a region block.

Unless I am missing something out or being a real derp about this, I think something fishy is going on here

Yes, I played on it. but with VPN it's laggy as hell.
