Hello, I've a problem with my crossfire account my account has been stolen by a key logger in the internet cafe which i was sitting in and then i sent a ticket and then i give them all the info that provides that im the owner of the account , after this the key logger just sent a support ticket cause he wants to change the whole info ,i thought it's my friend cause im saving my crossfire account information on facebook account
when i sent the ticket they just kept asking me some questions for about 6 days
then,
as i thought(i said to them that the friend had the account and he's the one who did support ticket not the key logger)
so they closed the ticket and i've just met my friend and asked if he did support or not he said not he's (mostafa)the key logger
and i sent about 3 tickets to let them just hear me not to close ticket immediately
they just send me this message

i say to them i didn't share or anything that is forbidden and they just work like bots
now i waste on the account about 10 months working for money just to buy zp
and they can't even hear me

    All you need to do is not to send multiple tickets at once because they can ban you for GM harassment/spam. Wait for them to reply then you reply.

    If your account isn't back and you sent a ticket already with all the info that means that the info you've provided was wrong.

    If you have the info, why bother sending a support ticket and just change it yourself.
