Old Forum Was Much Better

This forum really suks. The old one was much better, and easier to use.
The black background is so gothic and hard to read from.
Its really anoyyin having to read white text from a black background.

this kind of forum (VB) is usually easier to use. maybe some other styles will make this more user-liked...

i agree , the new forums is better for posting image and stuff , It quite look nicer and more advance than this plain Forums , but Take sometimes then the forum will getting better .

Im posting my personal opinion:
This forum is like all the rest of the forums i've seen. Tryin to be cool with the Black and Orange and simple menues.

The old forum was better because it was different, I like different and changes, get me?
It was easier to read from and fun to browse through random threads.
This is like the forums from some website where you ask what to do when your pc is brocken lol.

I don't see why people bother complaining. It wont be changed back to Discuz its gone to far now. As for the reading problems I wouldn't be surprised if you saw some new forum skins in the future.

I like the new forum, im used to being around vbulletin setups so im very at home with it all. Colour scheme is simple and effective, easy to read. Cant see the problem to be honest, its much better than having none.

Lawl...If you look at other forums such as computer forums, paintball forums or other forums most of them look more horrible. This forum is awesome. Ill tell you on thing. It looks a lot better then it did before they changed the skins and stuff to what it is now. I actually like this forum

IMO dont whine about something that just got released. Youll get used to this forum and youll like it. Seeing the forum on the first glance and yelling it sucks i hate it...its not going to do you any good.

i like theese forums more, the will hopefully add new skins for varietey and to appeal to peoples tastes though.

I think the point people are making is that if you have concerns or issues or complaints or comments then post them.

A blanket statement saying "these forums suck" doesn't get us anywhere.

As far as I can tell you don't like the skin we're using. Well I can assure you that it is our priority to offer up some variety of skins and styles for people to use. These colors are theme'ed towards the z8 games site and it made sense to get the boards up ASAP with a default theme that was within the same style as the rest of the site.

If you have specific complaints please list them out, But also do that in the z8 forum suggestion area. This is a Cross Fire discussion forum (The Barracks). So this thread will get moved.


Once the forums were in a working capacity we wanted to get them up to the public, give a chance for people to explore the forums and start posting. We intend on adding new features and bringing in some of the powerful tools that vBulletin offers us. Until then, be patient and enjoy getting the community back to discuss our great games!


So yeah, the point is we want to hear what you have to say. But please, keep it intelligent and thoughtful. Not just "I hate this" or "This sucks that".
