Support tickets; uncaught Exception

When I try to submit a support ticket, It gives me this error:

**The colored part contained what my ticket says (secret shhh)**

Once I got that error I clicked back, then retyped the ticket again and it was submitted successfully

But then when I got the reply from the z8 team, I got the reply for two tickets (2 emails). So apparently when I got that error the ticket was sent....but I still got an error!



If anyone knows why this happens, a reply would be appreciated!

But If you don't know the reason and you get the error, don't resend the ticket because it was already sent (you can check sent tickets).
