they are scamming us -.-......
at my country i used to buy with 10 SAR 3k zp ( thats bad )
but now with 10 SAR i get 1k zp ( ...... thats awful......)
and i can't have credit or debit..so what i do?? i just leave CF? cmon Z8games staff make something don't watch us like that..

Again, these services can decide whatever price they want to charge in order for you to do sms payments. Z8games can recommend a base price equal to the ones set on the deposit pages, but with sms payments specifically, they have the right to set any price point they want. Furthermore, Z8games does not see any profit aside from the prices set on the deposit page

Here is a hypothetical example to explain

10k zp = 8.99 USD
** Z8games gets 8.99USD for 10k zp

10k zp on SMS = 12.99USD
** Z8games gets 8.99USD for 10k zp
** SMS comapny gets 4.00USD

There is always the main sources of sending in payments (Credit Card/Debit and or Bank Card/Gift Card) that will always be at the same price point).

The company provides you with a service that is not normal to the means z8games use to collect payments (SMS), and have the legal right to charge for that service.

Are you aware that in mexico they increased the price 400% and not the 100% like other countries? thats nor fair for us, you better delete the payment option from Mexico then coz no one will buy it through SMS.

I can discuss the payments with some of the staff, but I'm far from the final decision on the issue.

Again, if the charges for specific companies are far too high, there is no obligation to use them as there are many alternative ways for you to pay for zp.

I understand your point, but, before the changes, they charged $15 MXP (about 1 usd) for 1480 ZP.. now, they charge the same amount for only 358 ZP.. i could understand if they would give 1000 or 900 ZP instead now,, but 358?

And, if its so expensive no one will use it, i could consider your offer of not buying through SMS then, but, its pointless and its like a offense for us, your customers, offering a payment option that is too expensive and ridiculous.

How come all the SMS companies reduced the ZP amount given for the same price in the same moment, i think CF changed the ZP amount instead of the SMS companies.

i doubt that. exchange rates etc. change the prices as well as line fees.

i was gonna use a prepaid phone to pay for the zp so i don't have to pay anything and now I can't since it's not worth it. I acutally expected to hear from one of the GMs with so many concerns and complaints =/

What is ment is, that Z8 recives a fix amount of hard, nice dollars for everytime u buy ZP by fone. Maybe 10.000 TP for 8,99 $.
This always is the same, as long there is no fee from the Company offers the service. If Paymo wants a fee of 1,50 $ per order, u have to pay 8,99 + 1,50 $ for 10.000 ZP. Z8 recives 8,99 $ but Paymo gets 1,50 $ while u - altgough u payed more money, will only get 10.000 ZP.

This fee of 1,50 is an example but the Provider of the services can set his fees as its wish... so Z8 has only limited possibilitys to infuence the Paymo prices.
