Problem with Registar

I'm trying to make a new account because this account's KDR got messed up BADLY by my little brother. When I try to do SIGN UP, I put in all my information, accurately, and then when I submit the bottom looks like its loading and then it stops. What do I do and has anyone else been having this same problem?

Why not buy a bit of ZP and get yourself a Kill/Death Reset? It's much easier than a new account..
