When i click create clan , it shows this.

Also , it goes to typing tags, clan name, description.

But, when i click create after put all the informations , it shows this on bottom with yellow color >> No character information.
And when i click again it shows that error on top that i posted

there is no error for me now , but it says on bottom >> You must reach Staff Sergeant to create a clan.

But im already staff sergeant 1... What is this =-=;;
