Not any more.

There was a ribbon called "The Military Intelligence" it requires 250 posts but it has been removed be cuz the spam filled of the boards.Even after they removed it,the spam lasts for a long time
in the day they removed it they added "an army of one" ribbon.

It was for 30 posts (I think, not 250 anyway at the end)
You'll be infracted or banned if you spam 15 posts anywhere.

Who told you there was a ribbon to be won from posting on the forum?
I'm curious because this question pops up once in a while, from people like yourself, and the ribbon hasn't been around for years (removed because people spammed too much), so there must be some Egyptian (I assume) site saying it's still around.
Maybe you could tell them it's 2014.

It required 250 posts then they reduced the requirement to 25(can't remember it's requirement)
That ribbon has been removed after a few days from creating my account.
