PayMo problem

Hi i don't know if this is the right section but here is my problem.




I buy ZP form PayMo and wean i start paying like after 5-6 times the price became higher like it was


5$= 3kzp
now
5$= 1.213 zp or somthin

and wean i charged 5$ twice the paymo service disappeared so wut is the cause of this problem?

Before 18k zp - 15$
Now 15$- 9k

something like that hapend to me but with zong i was going to buy 1k zp that in may country costs 3600 pesos from colombia but the offers sayd that for that price i will get 870k zp.
I tought this was odd but any way i made the purchase and recived the confirmation message and i still didnt get not even the 1k zp so please gm's help me with this
