We're watching basically nothing of space though, so chances of seeing something is low and will remain low without some serious effort. Less war, more spaceshuttle yo.
We're also so damn narrow-minded in what "life" is, that even though we watch, we're too dumb to see. -

Red rain in itself is pretty common, or at least not unheard of or unnatural.

Studies shows that there's a possibility that it came from a meteorite don't know how the organisms survived when it entered earths atmosphere. -
Nope.
Though Extraterrestrials are not making themselves known to us at this time, they have in the past.
I do believe other live organisms exist on other planets, maybe not in the Milky Way but in other galaxies.
A Galaxy is not the whole universe after-all, it is only part of it. -
Honestly, I do believe there is.. I mean we really can't be the only ones. If they do exist they are most defiantly not big green doods, or whatever movies have shown them to be. You never know they could just look exactly like us and we would have never known.

They do not know we exist tho. I would love to get eaten by one, however lets not go there.
Haha I like how you think well e.t already sent us a message using our own language they probably saw what Nasa sent which is voyager 1with golden record which contains familiar sounds made by humans. -
