Request on a change to server ranks req.

Before I start, I just want to say this...
I'm not very good with English so please excuse my poor grammar.

I just want ask if Z8's can change one of the server ranks requirement; like Delta which is SSG+.

Since Bravo and Foxtrot are pretty much ghost server. Can you please change the ranks requirement to SSG+ or even LT+. [one of them]

Reason:
-Since most hackers [BR's, Middle Eastern, etc.] are ranks Staff Sergeant and below. I think this could reduce the amount of room that are filled with "shoot thru wall with a shotgun [skill]".
-A7 is dominated by CN players with their armor and VIP.
-5 out of 9 ch are dominated by hackers 18 hour plus.

Legit players, which are pretty from LT and up, can a "better time" in-game. Rather than this...
