I cant change my password ! when i try it the site says... changing password failed please try it again!

I have found that if you do not enter the email exactly as you put it (Capitalization) then it won't let you change your password. Type it exactly as you put it when you first changed/created your email.

I successfully changed my password just a few minutes ago.
