It says hack tool has been detected , But I've never used hack ! I want my 'honorable soldier ribbon' back and I want this to be done as soon as possible

That didn't happen to me just keep getting banned for 3 minutes. The error happens every time I log in after about five minutes or so. I have the ports forward for CrossFire on my router and UPnP is enabled.
