I can't change my password !

Today when I was trying to change my pass I got this Error "Changing password faild, please try it again."

What should I do ?

also I got this "CHARACTER NAME: No CrossFire character."

If ever please some GM or this website, PLEASE! help us! people who can
't change their password! someone's using my account and i can't change my password it's a big butt hurt.
