Lag Problem

Since the past 2 days ive been getting 270+ ping which is not normal..
Normally my ping is from 120-160 but not its 270+ and not reducing..

I tried logging in from my friends account at his place today and he had normal ping (120-160)
but at my place these past 2 days its 270+

pls give me some solutions
