Resolution problem

my screen resolution is 1920x1080. The game for some reason won't detect that resolution or let me use it. All resolutions that i'm allowed to use won't work or make my screen come in choppy. Now the lobby stuff is in full screen and I cant even select the options menu to fix it. Help please!

Are you Running CF as an administrator?
What are your settings on your GPU{Graphics CARD}some gpu's have native resolultion force option,

Yes I am running as Admoin
Windows 8
AMD Radeon HD 7570
