HELP:LFT To train with...

HI guys, as the title states I'm looking for a team to train with, a team that practices maps, has scheduled times/days for practices and so on. I'm trying to transition from a Pubstar and move more into the Competitive side of crossfire but I need help with that. I kno often when players try to do this transition the 'Competitive Community/E8 Community' are not always very warm in the welcoming department so I figured the right place to start would be on the forums. I'm no stranger to the game, I can aim well, call and listen strats and all have that is required to be a good player. I have a clear mic and headset and can get any program you use to communicate, I just need a few people to help me capitalize on what I already kno and help me learn new things. If any team would be willing to take me under their wings and help me be a good competitive player it would be GREATLY appreciated.

if you're still looking after 8 days, i can give you a tryout. you probably won't make it though (haven't seen you play) but almost every1 that tries out usually fails to impress. If you don't consider yourself super dedicated, open to taking criticism, and a great team player, then don't bother actually.
