My Account Is Bugged

I think my account is bugged. I wasted 20 dollars the other day on crates and I didn't win. I think this game hates me bros. Felt like it was just a waste. Does anyone know how I can unbug myself and win crate weapons like my friends do at like the 5th crate? I had like 10 friends who won crates constantly and easily. I would always see their name pop up. Sucks bros, all I wanted was one melee weapon. I miss that 50 coupon permanent axe. I wonder if yall will ever bring it back? Just came back after 2 years and I guess the game still hates me. For the GM's out there, are we ever going to have that permanent melee coupon back? I really just want a 100% win rate items.
