Xtrap Error "10-0300-00000000-200"

Everytimes I run the patch I get this xtrap error code: "10-0300-00000000-200" its about xtrap update error and I reinstall the game 2 times and get the same problem. Please anyone help me I can't play for 5 days cause of this error, how can I fix it ? make a tutorial ? pls
