How to increase your FPS&Speed up your PC!
This guide will show you how to increase the performance of your computer!
1. Visual
A pretty visual do not combines with good performance. So if you want a high performance for your system,follow this guide.
Starting with this:
Right click on "My Computer" and choose "Properties". From the Advanced tab and in "Performance" task click on "Definitions". Now choose "Adjust for better performance". And apply! Your visual will be like Windows 98 Visual.
2. Start Programs
If you want a faster start do this.
Hold windows button + R. and write MSCONFIG. Then click on "StartUp Programs" and remove the unusefull programs of your startup.
3. Maintenance
A computer accumulates useless/temporary files over time, something absolutely normal. But you can clean them with some programs.
Recommend Ccleaner. But if you don't like it there are alternatives such as: Glary Utilities, Advanced Systemcare, nCleaner and Wise Disk Cleaner.
4. Defrag
Your PC saves your information in a random place, so when you use "those" information your PC needs to search the info which makes it slow.
Recommend Defraggler. But if you don't like it there are some alternatives such as: Smart Defrag, Mydefrag, UltraDefrag.
5. Boost your game
Some softwares optimize your PC for better gaming experience.
Recommend Game Booster. But if you dont like it there are some alternatives such as: Gboost and GameGain.
6. Graphic Card
You can adjust your graphic card for high performance.
7. Ram
After long hours of PC usage your PC starts to be slow. That means that the RAMs got infos of some closed programs. To stop that:
Recommend RamBooster. But If you don't like it there are some alternatives such as: Ram Idle
8. Viruses
Some viruses may put your computer slow.
Recommend Microsoft Security Essentials. But If you don't like it there are some alternatives such as: Avira, Avast! and AVG.

Turn off the FPS view in-game
, I didn't use the program for a big while so I don't rly remember how to do that O.o , but it's simple and I'm sure you will know to how to turn it off

The software provided from the service could benefit your gaming experience because as you state, viruses may slow the game down, and having a higher number of options isn't necessarily a bad thing. If your computer also by chance needs a factory reset, then the convenience is here than to go to each individual site to reinstall software.
*EDIT* The bundle includes this kind of Security Software.Windows Essentials, Avast!, AVG, MalwareBytes, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, Avira, and SuperAntiSpyware. -

Besides, convenience helps too. -
Make sure to also mention about updating CPUs / Video drivers, because with different brands, namely Intel, Nvidia, and AMD; these brands individually have updates to your GPUs and CPUs.
You can check which drivers you have when you use CCleaner. Since I have Nvidia, I have the Geforce Experience. NVIDIA Geforce Experience scans the computer for any game you have and chooses what options to have for optimal quality and performance.

neat *..* i did see more effort on cfcalibrated ... even he has not mention real fps seeker ... network and win defender services ... btw there is only one way to increase fps ... it's to overclock ur cpu ... all other improvement staff is just to make it possible use ur equip at full range ...

force shader to 1.1
+15 mipmap
50% freeram on gaming to avoid fps laggs
gamedirdefrag *..* on a rly clean hd (ssd or prefferable ramdisk)
mcripsf
and especially for sloppy g-extreme (x-treme-G)*..*
but yeah u did made a good start asc, chacheman ... auslogics and bitdefender
