[GM Event] Cursed Captains Event

Hi everyone!
Sorry for the short notice, but we ALMOST didn’t do this event again. Twice now, this event has had something go wrong to prevent it from happening. Third time’s a charm, though we still decided to rename the event. Despite still being a Captains game in Shadow Mode, it will now be know as the Cursed Captains Event!
But once again, if Shadow Mode is not your ideal mode, keep an eye out for future Captain’s events; we will be doing them in just about every mode at some point. On the other hand, if you just don't know how to play Shadow Mode, the Shadow Mode Guide (written by yours truly :rolleyes:) can be found here.
THE GAME:
This will be Shadow Mode Elimination matches. Each team will have a GM, who will function as its captain and lead you into battle.
Each game will consist of 5 rounds. The first team to win 5 rounds wins the game.
Participation prizes will be given to everyone, with bonus prizes reserved for those who manage to take down the other team’s captain. The Captain Killer prize will only be awarded once per player.
THE RULES:
*You can participate as many times during the event time as you like.
*Any weapon is allowed, and any other items you would like to equip are also allowed, including body armor or sound augmentation items.
*Hackers will be forcibly removed, and subsequently banned.
*Removing players is the SOLE responsibility of the GM’s. If you initiate a vote kick, you will be removed and receive no rewards. If the vote kick succeeds, the room will be disbanded and no one will receive rewards. So if you see a vote kick take place, you are encouraged to Object with F12.
*If you have a hacking history within the last year, you will not qualify for any
prizes.
*Prizes will be distributed by end of day on Friday June 6, 2014.

And the Cursed Captains Event comes to a close!
Despite a few technical hiccups, it was quite fun. A big Thank You to everyone who participated!
We will be distributing prizes by the end of today; if you do not receive your prize after we announce that they've gone out, please let us know on this thread. Screenshots always help to validate your claim
For those in the games that got disconnected, we do have replays and screenshots of lobbies, so don't worry. You will still receive your prize.

Hi all,
Well, it would not be the Cursed Event if there weren't one final snag in the process. It looks like we will have to delay the prize distribution until Monday morning.
On the upside, we're very happy that so many people participate in the GM events! With this kind of popularity, GM events will keep going for a long time to come. We have plenty of great idea for events in the future, so stay tuned!- GM Kinzu -

So you do not like to play with hackers... but we costumers must play with them if we want it or not all the time in every room... because you dont update XTRAP again since few weeks... Z8Games is a big joke!
But i as costumer have power too, my Paysafecard with 50,00 Euro invest i now in a different game! Bye, bye. -
