wth is the Customer service

my account is blocking,so i call z8games to help... i always call them..but no worker answer the phone,i think the service attitude is very bad...some GM to improve it?

Your not suppose to call :X They prefer submiting support tickets. Also, at 10:05 PM? Nobody works then :O.
