How reliable Z8 Mall is

I purchased 15 clan bags from the Z8 mall group package page on the 14-15 of december. I have yet to receive the bags and I have sent messages to the appropriate channels in the support section, and haven't received any response since the 18th. I'm afraid to spend any more clan zp on the mall site as we may or may not receive our stuff. Please if there is anyone else who has had this issue, please tell me how you resolved it, or if it was even resolved.
