plz Read... HELP!!!

ok i uninstalled and reinstalled Crossfire because the windows thing.. now when i open it up where it says START GAME NEW ACCOUNT i click stat game then it closes and ive waited for 5 minutes and no game.... so i reopen it up... and click start game it says


Patch is Already Running...


and ive Tried restarting/reinstalling..

plz help
