Shanghai, China. Because i see in german Television a family who travel to Shanghai to live there forever, because the father from this family get a Computer Job there and earn more money there! This City looks amazing, a big culture and fantastic people, if i could get there, i would go!

If I could run wild without taking morals or ethics in to account, probably one of the ridiculously rich oil nations because money.
More realistically and where I think I'd be happy, Japan or South Korea.
Both strike me as extremely civilized nations, a strong sense of cultural heritage and importance, also very social.
Nepal if I ever get sick of the world, because Himalayas. -
