[NESL] Looking for more Staff

Right now our current staffing for National ESL CFNA is ran by Myself and Slaya.

After reading things the past few days and considering what I can do as an Admin to prevent these things from happening / having the ability to occur in ESL, I have decided that adding more admins from diverse groups will help limit the possibility for corruption in a league administration. This is not a shot at ESG I just want to erase the POSSIBILITY that something such as ghosting can occur, therefore the people I will hire will not be directly in my Team or frequent mumble group for that reason.

Requirements:

Age 16 or Older.

Must have Skype and Mumble.

Must want to be an Admin to truly make this community better.

Anyone who seems to have a preconceived bias or favoritism towards certain teams will not be asked to join us. I am looking for people who want to ensure consistent administration across all teams. This means if you DQ a team for something (even if its small like a turkey bag). You can't let it slide for 1 team, but not another.

Also you must be as transparent as possible in your administration. This means when you make an administrative decision be able to back it up and explain yourself in a respectful way. Whether you are spectating a match, casting, or handling a dispute, you should always be able to be open and honest with why you are making the decisions you do. Any debatable dispute calls will be handled by staff as a whole not just 1 person to ensure an unfair or inconsistent admin call is not made.

Other requirements:
Being Free on weekends is hugely helpful
Have a positive attitude
Be able to work alone or as an admin team
Be able to type / structure a basic news post if needed
