Would doubt that, dont know for sure but 1 thing i know for a fact is Google Earth don't have on scale model.Also, that animation only cover probably like 1/10 of the distance of the true universe.

There are about 10 sextillion ( thats 21 zeroes ) and 1 septillion ( 24 zeroes ) stars in the observable universe, the amount of planets are about 3 times the amount of stars
