New room - new ping

Someone could help me with that? There is the problem with my ping... When i join game i have a ping is 190 (for example), when the game is finished i starting a new game, so when i join my ping is 220, if that happens I quit and join again the same room, so my ping becomes 190. Its happens wery often i could sa all the time. Why my ping is changes? How can I fix it?

You must be far from Canada?. or your ping goes down when your on a laptop using wireless internet access. It could also be because of your graphics card or processor or something else in your computer that gives you crappy ping.

Thats more likely to be Cf since there are numerous accounts of that happening.
