Should LAN be CFS Quals too?

I never said it was a bad idea. It would be awesome. Im just telling you what Saidin told me. Unless they clear that, you wont be able to do that. -

Considering I had no direct contact with them, I couldnt explain to them what I was planning and how it would work out.
A public member of the community once again showing a company that you dont need large amounts of money to do these events. Only thing they need money for are for the prizes. -
Then again it wouldn't be a fair qualifier per se because you'd only get teams who could afford to travel there. Not the best representation of the "best" team overall, just the best team that could afford to go. I would be more in support of a LAN Final where the final 4 or 8 teams battle out for the CFS spot.

I agree it wouldn't be fair because of costs of travel and stuff. But I don't think online qualifiers are fair either. -

Yea youre right but multiple games have players come from all of the country and even travel international to go to these type of events. If teams want to compete and have fun doing so, then they would travel.
If a team like Ace Gaming, Socks, Carbon, or high level teams were to go and play it would be worth it if they won the trip to China.
Hell there are some events that dont even have large prizes yet many still go.
Im all about the bring the best ultimate gaming experience possible to those that havent had the opportunity for it yet. Well this is it.
If ESG and ESL want to help send teams to the LAN then Im all up for it, but I highly doubt that and will look forward to what we already have. -

No, because if i am going to be connecting remotely to a toronto server i rather do it from my own room so i can wear my ninja turtle slippers and lebron headband
crossfire does get intense while playing matches and doop wants to be comfortable.

No it is stupid. It is not cost efficient to have a qualifiers that cost each player hundreds of dollars for a chance to compete against three other teams for a shot at worlds. You are trying too hard to make your LAN successful. Have fun with your four team LAN.

Let's talk about standards. I'm pretty sure it has been established that your IQ is in the double digits.
The reason why G4 will not make this LAN a qualifier because it is a poor way to determine whether a team is good enough to have what it takes to be be CFS tier. You have 6 teams, and the prizepool is only 2250 for 10 teams. If 10 teams do happen to show up it, it will not even cover the cost of getting to the LAN (assuming you flew there), or cover for the hotel. This LAN is just a very expensive hangout and I much rather go to travel to some place and actually do things I won't be able to do where I live than go to Indianapolis to play a video game with goons. You should put half the effort you put on cf into your life, maybe you will actually get somewhere.
I'll be honest, you are getting closed to be the greatest joke in CF history alongside with klutchkiller. You are clueless and cannot get your priorities straight. Imo, you are just extremely salty that I show everyone how much of a failure your petty ideas are. -
