Just to clarify, there was 100% proof in carbon's situation because david wasnt aware mateusz was in the room. He unknowingly admitted it on a recording because he thought there were only carbon members in the room (mateusz had his name set to Nova iirc). Thats just getting caught.

This situation is very shaky because its the "word" of ex-team mates through chat logs and hear say conversations. No one was "caught in the act". Im not saying its NOT true, but you cant look at this subjectively and say anything with 100% certainty.
